Hmm... I have a question for you guys. Would it be possible for me to switch characters? I have a second Brownie, Roosje, and I actually like playing her better than Tulpje, plus she'd be a more logical choice to accompany you. If you'd rather have me play Tulpje though, that's fine by me.

I have no problem with Roosje replacing Tulpje, however you will have to come up with an explanation why? Also I was curious about the night with your character: does she shine when the moon light hits her or is she more like a ghost, especially when she rides her fox through the forest and vale?

But I defer to the others answers as well.

No definite promises though, it all depends on if I translate chapter 16 tomorrow or not. If it's finished, I will post, if not I'll probably keep translating until late in the evening, and then the post will be... some time later...

Well she definitely doesn't give light, so I guess she's more like a little ghost. But when she's riding her fox, she's likely to wear her red outfit, which means that only small parts of her skin are actually visible (like, just arms and head). Though that might be even more disconcerting... when you see this miniature head with miniature arms float by

As for the reason why, that's rather easy. She's a messenger anyway, so her superiors might send her with you to help, since they want to show their good will, and Tulpje is dependant on her superiors who still have to decide what they'll do with her. It's easy enough to have them decide not to let her go with the group

But I'll try to play them both for the moment, like Talia suggested...

i can imagine the first time someone sees you on your fox at night it would not only be inconcerting, but down right frightening....

And you always seem to have the right answers to my questions...I should think about my questions more carefully...the old adage: "put brain in gear, before mouth speaks." comes to mind.
