LOL Well Capher, it appears that I am a fall lover. Last month was the 1 year anniversary of when we started E-Dating, and 9 months of being exclusive. Damn it was that long since she was chasing me down, and fighting for me to return her kisses? LOL She is a very special woman, could hardly ask for better and if I did would likely never find her. And lucky in SL the vomit cleans it's self up.

Actually fall is my favorite of seasons, when the trees turn color and all of those reds, golds, browns, oranges and varied hues of those colors brighten up their respective trees it is just gorgeous. Then there are the walks in the woods, a bit bundled up to keep the chill out, holding hands with the one you love as you scatter the leaves beneath your feet and watch them fly and swirl in the Autumn wind, as you see and hear squirrels and chipmunks scatter under the leaves and underbrush foraging for nuts and other food to keep them through the long winter that lays ahead...Yes, it is a most romantic time, not to mention on a clear night how close the moon looks, even when it looks yellow...

Aahhh, what a time to remember...

Ok well, they're not too great posts but i wanted to get them done now or it would have had to wait yet another week.

Capher: not studying, my studying days are over since this summer. I'm actually working eight hours a day, plus translating a book in my free time... so my creative energy (and my time) is kind of going mostly there at the moment, hence I didn't have too much inspiration for my posts. I'm also pretty tired at the moment, and the weekends are just too short

Well congrats on graduating, Simonne. I did not know.  What book are you translating and where are you working? What is your job, I mean.


All the little pieces of the puzzle will come together slowly as we continue our journey...my new apperance, and the cane are just a couple of them. Talia if you need to know what has awakened in my character and how it will affect the storyline, just pm me and I will tell you. Or you can be like the rest and just learn along the way.  There are many pieces of this puzzle; the poem you wrote, the attraction between Ta'las and Terra, loosing Tulpjie and gaining Roosjie, running into our mind-soother, who I am sure is waiting anxiously for us to get moving so we can meet her and have her join our party. Then there is Eckra and his minions which I am working on introducing slowly into the story, as well as our continued search for Kurik's Anvil and the Sword of Fury.

I cannot believe how long it has taken us...how long has this story been going? Two years, perhaps three and we have only recovered the Heart!

Which by the way I have forgotten. Who has the Heart anyway?

Yes, I was wondering about the Stone too.  It does seem to be more elusive than not, but maybe there is a reason it has gone back to the Tenthrum - for now, at least.  Perhaps Capher – or someone else – felt it was safer to keep it with Morcaanan, Ken and the dwarves as the group travelled north, and that it would come to the group later.

I wrote it just before Morcaanan and Kenrill went back to the dwarven halls, with Brenna. Even then, I had been thinking about briefly bringing her back into the story as an NPC.  Perhaps they (Morc, Ken and Brenna, or Ken and Brenna, or just Brenna herself) could meet up with the main party in Ximax with the stone.

This might fit with the first stanza of Siroled’s poem:

Earth will assist and Wind will help,
but only love for life can beat the dark.
Those raised in the centre
will besiege the cruel
if facing the enemy in themselves.

Just a thought – but we do need to find a way to get the stone back to us.

Capher, playing in your story was the very first thing I did here . And I started in winter 2001/2002!

Wow! Talia, 2001/2002-that makes this story six perhaps seven years old...and the best thing about it is that people are still playing, interested in it and even some want to join it.  Is that a testament to a good story? Or faithful writers? Or both?  I suspect it is both. For we have a great story and great writers to keep it going without it growing stale.

Congrats to all of our writers, past and present and those yet to come, and to you Talia who kept this story going when I was unable...

Did not Morcaanan give me the Heart before he left? If not then Brenna will have to be brought back into the story to give us the Heart if Morcaanan does not show up in the futrure sometime.

Oh yea, I remember how the original group met in the Thirsty Harald way back when. Let me think... Talia, Terra, Koldar, Avour?, Capher... and I am missing some one from the original group I think. Starts with a D? How the wayback files for WAY back.

Talia, feel free to post when you have time, I can't think of anything for Terra but more mush till Talia comes down. She is still a little shaken from heights so I don't think she could make even a short climb at the moment.
