Yes. You're right... unfortunately.

Now. I would like EVERYONE in the Cry to read this.

You people have a commitment here. Yes, I realise that some may have RL issues; believe me, I was the victim of an entirely unplanned one a few weeks ago. But the fact is, I see a few of you on the boards for a period of time daily. As a mod, I expect you to devote at least some time to this story. Yes, I realise that you may have other stories that you may be in, or perhaps other mod duties. However, I do not think that the Cry is any less important than those duties, and as such, I would like every one to buck up, because there really isn't any story without its writers.

I think ten minutes is a little optomistic Seh.  It takes me around an hour to write something decent, half an hour to 45 mins at the very least.

I'm sorry however, if you were waiting on my post.  I will try and get something up today, but it may not be possible.

Yeah, half an hour is a minimum for a decent post of mine as well, usually more. Also, I would have posted sooner but I don't really have much to react to - Rookie hasn't answered yet and just writing 'Roosje looked around where the voice came from' isn't exactly what I call a decent post ;) Also, i'm working about ten to twelve hours a day on my thesis, so my creative energy is somewhat gone by the time I can start writing posts...

You are right! I am living in a country where fireplace is uncommon (or not existing at all) so fireplace was not in my mind. ANyways, a chilly place might be good for a scarey story don't you think?

Sure, I hadn't seen that I'd posted in the wrong thread until after my post ;) And fireplaces aren't really common around here either, not anymore, but any time you read about a fantasy tavern, there's a fireplace :P But you're right, might be good for this story...
