A man convicted of a crim should not be permitted to walk as a free man just because he has more resources available to him than the common man. The judge had no right to free a man convicted by a jury of his peers on a meer technicality.

Short update: We're standing at 106 signatures at the moment, and could still use more. Mailing date will be next Monday, until then you have time to sign or tell the story to someone and sign in support of the petition.

The AFPAD sent another very direct mail on Monday to the Minster of Justice of Quebec, stressing that the bail/release decision was prejudiced against the victim of the crime and those related to her, and that it is scandalous and that action is demanded. So the tone gets now harsher with this new campagain. Next week we'll put in our share into the whole affair as well.

Thanks again to everyone participating in this extremely important fight for justice in order to keep a sentenced murderer from our streets! The necessity of action should be apparent to everyone - it doesn't require much from your side to make a big difference.
