I'll be gone during all of next week. I may have time tomorrow (Sunday) to check whether anybody has followed Fu out of the hatch, but then won't be online until the following Saturday or Sunday.

Okay, Fu.  I loved your description of how wretched your character looks!

I'll probably post again tomorrow; dealing with the troublesome Mallorix!   :P

EDIT:  Well, I've just added a little more to my post.  The idea is to get everybody on deck and able to witness what happens to Fu and Mallorix.  Poor Mallorix!  I feel like a right bastard treating your character like that!  (But I secretly love it!)   evil

And another EDIT! - Two posts in as many days!  I just posted to move along the scene with Rhia and the captain.   :)

@ Ylva - I thought your post was very well written; I like your reaction to the crazy sailor!  I'm sure that we can arrange for you to spend some more time with him, if you like!  There is a part of your post that I'd like you to edit, though.  Mallorix is still in the hold, along with Udghrin.  Fu is the only one visible on deck at the moment.  Also, he hasn't been clapped in irons yet; he's just had his hands tied with twine.  I love the way you challenged Udghrin, but you just did it a little prematurely!   ;)

@ Malavon - Same point, really.  Only Fu is on deck, and he hasn't been put in irons yet.  Could you edit that part of your post?   Apart from that, it was a great post, too!  Maybe we can arrange for an armed fight between you and Hylphan?  Using swords with dull blades, perhaps?  I want to get the lieutenant to introduce how to fight with cutlasses at some point, anyway.   ;)

@ Rhia - My intention was to have the captain hear the first-mate's whistle, which would give him reason to go back on deck.  If you want to mention that the whistle blast is heard as Rhia is speaking, then that's fine with me.  If not, then I can mention it in the captain's next post.   :)

@ Fionn - Fjorwek is the captain...Jorek's the doctor!    ;)

Yurie, what kind of story moderator are you! An innocent player goes away for a few days and on return finds his helpless character shackled by a bunch of rude sailor folk, and interrogated by a quack!  :)

Erm, just to say I'm back, enjoyed reading everybody's posts, and am thinking about Fu's next move. (Not that he's got many options, exactly ...)  Roll Eyes

EDIT: ... and posted! Yurie, I hope you don't mind that I have let the doctor ask a fourth question in addition to the three you wrote. And I hope Fionn will forgive me, and possibly even forgive Fu, at some point ... ;)
