“Altario:

I pray to Kor’och that this letter finds you safe. There is so much I want to tell you, but I dare not do so in a letter. I need your help, Alt. I need your help for myself, and for Nayriss. I have discovered clues that I believe can lead me to her. I have never given up looking, as I know you have not.

There is so much danger; I do not know anymore who I can trust. I wish we were together, I know I can trust you. I need you to find the Beauty of the South. It is imperative. Do this for me, Alt.

Be careful, big brother. Evil exists. It watches us. And it will move against us.

Kor'och's grace, Denrykmar”

Thus, a simple letter begins the quest that will define the life of one man, and the men and women who follow him.

This is the teaser for a story that has been in my mind since Altario's creation. I'm curious as to interest in players, and to potential mods. This story will be more linear based than my other story, FD, and will also be smaller in scope, meaning that only a few players will be needed as full time participants, though, I will have need of guest characters. Any characters that have interacted with Altario, and have a place in his history are the most desired, though strangers to him will be considered as well.

Kali, I will email you my outline. Chapter One is most fleshed out, but I will include all so you know where this is going.

I have read over the part you have sent to me, and I must say, I am intrigued. There aren't any problems I can see outstanding at this point.

Thx Kali. Then I officially put out a call for new players. I have accepted Garret as a co-mod via Yahoo, but I should prolly have one more of those as well... preferably someone who has worked on the dev side, so that I know they have a working knowledge deeper than most RP players. But, this is not set in stone.

Um, I don't know who Kor’och is, and I haven't got a title (yet), but I was intrigued by the letter. Maybe I'm a bit early to inquire, but may there be room in your story for a woman who can put up a fight and knows a thing or two about evil?

"A cryptic letter relating to the disappearence of his daughter sets in motion a journey that will take one man and a small group of friends from the sands of the Rahaz Dath Desert to the Frozen Wastes of the far north. But all is not as it seems, as there is an evil watching them; waiting for them. When it finally does come to its exciting climax, you will not believe the events that will shape the world of these brave adventurers. Danger, romance, excitement, and two loves that will bridge the gap between this life and the next."

Here is my plot teaser for the thread, Kali. I think it says everything I need it to.
