@Garret and Lyth, I hope you did not mind the little puppeting I did of your characters.

@Thar, you were the figure I ran into. Time for you and I to meet. evil

@Grallen, I gave you an opportunity to go down into the hold if you wished or do whatever.

@Eric, I hope you did not mind me puppeting some of your crew. The shapes crawling all over your ship is of course the street urchins checking out your ship for information.

If there is anything in my post that needs to be edited please tell me so that I can change it. Thank you.

Reet then, ah'm reddy when you are.

I'll post my reply either tomorrow or Saturday. I'm a bit busy till then. Plus, I need to approach this first contact with a cautious eye, methinks!

BTW, it's a bit unsociable of you to draw your axe every time you bump into someone, don't you know! Could get you into all sorts of bother, that could.

Grallen, why go after Gres? He had been nothing but kind to you? I thought Tyrr would be the one you wanted to kill?  Well, I guess it's Gres's turn to RUN! He is not a fighter.

Orly, I know you are extrememly busy but it would be nice to have a post, perhaps just stumbling along the wharf toward the Runner.

I need to think about Gres's response. Will post sooner...

Well Garret, I think you better step in quickly or else Tharoc and Damien are going to be at each other...and not in a friendly way either. evil

Lyth, edited the post as you asked.

Grallen it is up to you whether you let Gres escape or not.

I'm a bit at loss. Is Kassandra still sitting on your Shoulder, Damien? or should I write, that she left it when you moved.. that's maybe better.

What would Lily try to do? Just watch Eric, I suppose. And then? Have to reread a nth time..  ;)

Sand Sisters are from Aeruillin, I couldn't convince Art yet to change the tribe title to Sand people ;)

I'm in no fighting mood today, I'll wait what will happen next.... and post later, that Kassandra follows the men - Damien and Garret etc...

I thought the hold is a cabin on top of the main area of a ship, not somewhere under the deck (stairs..).. Or how should I imagine this? I really hate it, if I have to find English words, when I don't know them in German either! Well, this time is was the same word.  So where could Lili hide? Grallen, be strong, otherwise I have to come to you to help...

Sorry for not swapping to Orly here ...

I always thought the hold was under the deck of a ship ... of course an online dictionary will help us here ...

From http://www.babylon.com/definition/hold_%28ship%29/English

Hold (ship)
A ship's hold, in older ships, was below the orlop deck, the lower part of the interior of a ship's hull, especially when considered as storage space, as for cargo. In later merchant vessels it extended up through the decks to the underside of the weather deck.

Well, Dekli, I assumed the hold is on top of the ship due to the description of the whereabout of Lili in the beginning. I just did not doubt it, until I read somethig of "stairs". Sometimes I'm just tirred to look up so many things which which are selfevident for you. Your link is good though, I didnt know it! Thanks.

The first post of Damien on the ship:

Quote
Quar and Gres set the carpet upon the deck of the ship, unrolled it until their quarry showed herself. She was still unconcious. They dragged her and the carpet to the far wall where chains were deeply embedded in the sturdy walls of the ship, taking one hand each they cuffed her with metal cuffs to the chains and then let her be.

"Done," Quar said.

"Gres, you and Grallen watch the woman until Quar and I take a quick bath and relieve you," Tyrr ordered.

Gres nodded and looked over at Grallen, who, since the dousing of the chamber pot, had not said a word, but just followed them. Gres thought that perhaps Grallen was in some sort of shock. He smiled at her, but did not get too close to her, as she smelled-real bad. "As soon as Quar comes back then you can go take a bath, Grallen. Won't that be good?" he asked, trying to make light conversation.

Inside the room there was a table and few chairs, all bolted down to the deck. A crewman came in, placed some food on the table as well as a large tankard of ale along with some tin cups. He stayed far away from Grallen as well, though Gres was not certain if it was because of her smell or because she was an orc, or both.
