Just FYI, Alt, but Dru is a high elf, not a dark elf. I've noticed you've called her a dark elf twice in your last few posts, so just wanted to clarify for you. :)

She's wearing dark clothes... she's an elf... Altario is a Remusian.= she's a dark elf.. black-hearted being that is being thrust upon him by malevolent gods with a bone to pick with him.

 :D  I know, Dru, but I'm writing from his perspective.  In time, I'll lose the dark elf references, but not yet.. she has to earn it yet. ;)

Dear moderators,

I'm not sure what we're doing right now. Is there still something important to play out during the tavern conversation? For example, are we continuing to let our characters talk to allow important information to be revealed? Because if there's no reason to continue the tavern talk, maybe we could "cut" to a new scene, even a new day, starting the journey to Thalambath?

I  think sometimes it's better to jump over a stretch of time than feel obliged to describe every mundane detail (say, of journey preparations, etc.).

This is just an idea, which came to me because I realized that I don't really know what I could post, and wondered whether that's because Chapter 1.4 is basically finished.

Is it?  :)

OK, I'll make a post starting Chapter Two.  I'll make references to the wagon in the post.  I'll need a volunteer to drive the cart.  Perhaps we should ask for a new player to make up for those lost to us?  Driving the wagon would be a good excuse to have someone join us.
