In terms of sheer leadership: Horatio. He's much more hands on than Grissom when it comes to dealing with his team.

Can we ask one that I know now? I mean, I know Horatio cause I've seen a couple of CSI Miami's, but no idea who Grissom is (yes, I know he's the leader of the CSI team, but i've never seen CSI)

So! Same question, but between Horatio and Gibbs :D Since I have seen NCIS :P

Well, both of them would be too busy staring mournfully into the distance, so any fight wouldn't exactly be action packed.

However, I see Horatio taking this one. His body count must rival that of the Third Reich by now, whilst Gibbs is a little more discerning who he shoots.
