Hey! 'Teri/Kaelan here. Sorry if my post takes an NPC out of character. I intended it to be Maddy, but since Kaelan has no way of knowing names, I deliberately left it undefined. This allows it to fit another NPC; though if there isn't another NPC, and it doesn't fit any of the present NPCs, I am willing and able to alter my post as drastically as necessary, or I can cut it down to a minimum and let you, Alt, work out the NPC part.
If I'm good, carry on. Otherwise, let me know and I'll work it out as soon as my can. My computer's been being really strange. Though all the other systems connected to the wireless network are staying connected, my connection lags and lapses, making it almost impossible to stay online for anything. It feels a little like a spastic dial-up. So I do have to try multiple times to post anything, but it's worth it. Thanks for bein' patient.

It is OK.
Having a Dark elf as a friend is a major weakness. This group of people will most likely accept him eventually, (because we are all in a story) but as far as he knows then you are all as likely to scorn him as everyone else, or even try to kill him.

Dark elves. Had a run in with them at the Herald a long time ago. Two of them, in fact. One was pretty tame I though he was a fairy, and the other kept trying to destroy the tavern!
Ah, the good ol' times..
Anyway, Thorgas is just starting to go to the pillar. I thought I should clear that up.
