I'm pretty much interested in anything and everything at the moment although I'm particularly intrigued by:
-all things hobbity
-the Avennorian and Manthria
-the stranger denizens of the bestiary
-creepy things in general
-creatures and races of a more magical/supernatural persuasion
-stories, beliefs, superstitions sayings, myths etc.

Work in progress
The Enemethor

Completed works, awaiting comments and approval

Approved works
All-Year Pie
A staple dish of any large hobbit family's diet.

A miniature form of dog perfect for hobbit's purposes.

How the Hob-Hound came to be
A popular halfling tale concerning the origins of their beloved dogs.

The Wise Man and the Widows
A simple moral fable, of the 'one good turn deserves another' variety.

The Sweet Bean
A plant that (who would've guessed?) produces a remarkably sweet bean.

Off site works, or ideas floating about my brain
-Riddlers, apparitions who suck travellers into deadly riddling games
-An Santharianising adaptation of a beautiful folk-tale found across Europe
-The Yanse or Smokeseed bush, mentioned in my All-Year pie article
-An account of the hobbit pie-baking festivals
-something detailing the customs and workings of the avennorian whaling trade
-some hobbit festivals and various tales, mentioned in the compendium but undeveloped
-a story involving a dogodan hobbit who unearths a dragon
-varying Mian stories
-further development of hobbit belief (book of Blessedtales etc.)
-further development of hobbits generally!
-mullog stories, possibly
-something on R'unor, possibly

The poet's eye, in a fine frenzy rolling,
Doth glance from heaven to earth, from earth to heaven;
And as imagination bodies forth
The forms of things unknown, the poet's pen
Turns them to shapes, and gives to airy nothing
A local habitation and a name.

Hi Jenna,

Sorry to gatecrash, but ever since you put this up, I've been waiting for that entry on the Riddlers that you so tantalizingly announce. Something like a cross between Gollum and the sphinx? I am immensely curious of what you have in mind.

No pressure, though...  :D

The greatest danger in life is that you may take too many precautions.
