This isn't my first time on this site (i have been looking over it from time to time) but this is my first time actually wanting to help build Santharia. I have been particulary interested in the poetry (it's quite good ;)) as i write some myself. So here I am hoping to meet many of you and I hope we get along well.

Alysse the Likely here, and before you ask, yes, there are many things I am likely to do, and some that I am not. We northern barbarian types don't balk at much. *laughter* Welcome to you, and may you delight in sharing your talents with us. I do like your poem--its simple, repetitive, yet pleasing style caught my fancy. I can see children singing or chanting this, arms outstretched to the wind that whirls the leaves about them, tugs caps from their heads and sets their hair to tossing wildly and their cheeks a-flush. Well, you have heard the warnings and been lucky enough to grab a cookie or two, so have a mug of ale or whatever takes your fancy, sit back and enjoy yourself. I hope to see more of your work soon!
