The cryzn is actually two fungi, one is more similar to rust, the other an actual mushroom. So yes, though they are symbiotically bound, they are seperate organisms.

Cryzn,
Fungal "spreader"(sorry)
Highly resistant to temperature change(Really, i am sorry... my vocabulary is failing me)

Unlike its hyphae, the cryzn vines, the "spreader" angry, is a bright green in color, mostly due to sunlight.
Most other information is the same as the cryzn vine, differences are listed here:
The cryzn actually resides above the canopy of a forest, usually causing the death of its host by depriving it o sunlight.
The reason the cryzn stays in sunlight when it does not perform photosynthesis is unclear, though it may have something to do with its origins.
History: Though the name has been lost, there was a desert who's importance was minimal, where a tribe was said to dwell.
The desert had reached the level of dryness cry, where life had near reached its end, and then a shaman of some sort or another found a solution. Take a cactus' ability to store and protect its water, and make it better. Here is your result.

CRYZN VINE
Bloated fungal hyphae with
extremely absorbant properties.

When alive, the cryzn vine is a rare, parasitic vine that can grow on pretty much anything within a moderately warm climate. In death, it carries on its almost "bloodsucking" tendencies, and can carry more of a liquid material
than there is available volume, and as such also makes an excelllent filter for water.
Uses: As a survival tool, a watter carrier and purifier. It can also be utilized as a fabric, especially in wetsuits, because it holds gases as well as liquids(Though it carries liquids with more sucess.)
Classification: Fungi
Color: dull almost tired looking green.
Texture:surprisingly, it has a rough texture, although it almost always moist.
Visual: scaling the trunks of any trees unfortunate to be bearing their burden, they stay just below the canopy, the actual cap stays on top of the tree refer to the cryzn
