So, my language is a bit critical. I apologize. If you would rather it, I am more than willing to step out of the way. I have been told by others that this project is yet young. I am not saying that I am more experienced, but I must confess I was expecting something a little.... bit more fulfilling. Do you think I meet the requirements? Regardless of my personal evaluation of my worthiness, it is the interaction that makes a succesful world. If I do not fit the criteria of those around me, so be it. I have other things to do. True, I will miss it, but not to the extent that I will come crawling back on my hands and knees begging for forgiveness.
As for respecting the works of others.... Seriously, I think that everything I have stumbled across is exceptionally creative, and very worthy of notice.
Right you are, right you are. Possibly I'm a bit too experienced to grasp the beauty of such an infantile project, but I will make one good, solid point that I feel we can all agree to: It shows promise.
Well, It has been a long, hard battle. Not everyone survives, but with good fortune and the gods willing, we will. While you're draining that, maybe you could consider a few off the wall ideas from a lost soul, not to mention, maybe, heh, spare a little coin.
It seems that everything is so centralized. Not that it's a bad thing, mind you, but what does happen when a star falls from the heavens and breaks into a mountain? Does it carry anything, other than some strange alloy that not even the dwarves recognize? And what about the Nethreworlds? Is everything from there truly out to destroy creation? What if it only wants to fend for itself?
Forgive me, I've been back and forth for far too long. I may be new here, but my travels have taken me far and wide.
Oh, yes, and another drink! For the lot of us. Now if any of you happen to carry a little spare change, my purse seems a bit flat, just now...
An interesting point: Evil is not always Chaos. Although the result of evil is always Chaotic, the Evil itself is not always disorganized, as is proven by the case of the Mystran. Lawful Evil can frequently be as or more dangerous than Chaotic Evil.
I know this has probably been carefully considered by the most excellent mathematicians, not to mention your freelance authors, who've written million-purchases a year titles, but maybe its worth a look, possibly a second look, and if I've really got your attention, maybe you'll comment.
