I used this spell in a RPG story, so I decided I should describe it as well then. So here it is. Art, did I follow your guidelines correctly?

  Name: Water Extraction

  Spell Effect:
Water Extraction is a spell which extracts a the Water Element from the spell's target. The spell is most effective against targets which have Water as primary cár'áll. The effect of the spell decreases when Water is not the primary cár'áll of the target. If the Water Element is succesfully extracted, a Water Mage can manipulate this into another spell if he wishes.
Extracting the Water from the target may cause dehydration, if it is a living thing. If the target is a dead thing, the sudden disappearance of the water may cause the Cár'áll of the target to become unstable and collapse, causing the target to be destroyed.
Using Xeuá magic to strengthen the bonds between the elements of the target is the best way to resist this spell. Ecuá might on the other hand be used to give the spell greater power.

  Casting Procedure:
Water Extraction is quite a difficult spell to cast. It requires constant focus on the target and a strong magical force to "pull" the Water Element from its original environment and break the bonds with the other Elements. For Water Mages who have just learned the spell, touching the target is necessary. More experienced Water Mages can do the spell from a distance. When the spell is for some reason aborted, the Water can return to its original place, depending on the strength of the Xeuá, the amount of Water already extracted and the level of the mage who tried to cast the spell.

  Magical Formula: Not yet found (no words yet for "element" and "extraction" or something like them.

  Target: Targets with the Water Element primary in the cár'áll. Other targets as well, but on those the spell is less effective.

  Reagents: None

  Magical School: Elemetal Magic, Water School

  Spell Class: Not yet defined               

Novitate Levels: Unable to cast the spell.
Initiate Levels: Touching the target is required, only one target can be affected at a time. The extraction goes slowly.
Magicati Levels: Up to a radius of 5 peds. Two targets can be targeted at a time. Extraction goes quicker. And the energy can be preserved for another spell.
Archmage Levels: Up to a radius of 10 peds. Multiple targets, up to a group of 10, can be targeted.
  Casting Time: Depends on the amount of element that can be extracted and the level of the mage. E.g: Caster: Medium level mage. Target: Normal Human. Time: 30 to 120 seconds.

  Duration:Untill all element is extracted.
