This is country specific - so maybe if you view my profile the Forum takes my personal settings to display the page.

In various countries in Europe you write 10.000,00 and in Switzeland you even write 10'000.00... Just have a look at your system settings on your computer (Region Settings) and you'll see that how to write numbers is definitely not a universal thing ;)

Actually, supposedly, we aren't meant to use comma any more, or dot for that matter.  Well at least not in Australia.

Oh, you use dots for decimals, you just don't use anything for thousands markers... well I do sometimes, my english upbringing I guess. ;)

Art dear, I think I've asked this before, but what program and what icons do you use to create the greyscale maps?  It's becoming obvious that detailed maps of areas are more and more important to developers, and one person can't handle that all by himself.  I'm going to be having a lot more free time quite shortly, after exams are over, and I'd like to rub the dust off my tablet and get back into doing some graphics for Santharia.

Could you let me know, and/or send me the files you have with the existing trees, houses, and other icons?

More graphics for Santharia would be great, Judy - also don't forget that there are some pics you made which are still not on the site yet and which would only need a little updating (e.g. that Nybelmar guy etc.)

I use Photoshop to make the maps - don't know if your program can read PSD files and interpret the layers accordingly. I can put up a file with various house icons etc. which you can download. You've done that Silvermarshes map nicely back then, though I've made some final adjustments there, but in general this worked out greatly. As you can see in the Scattersand Shoals thread I have blown up the whole Santharian map so that it matches the Manthrian size. So if you want to do a certain section, I could crop that for you and you could draw over it.
