Description:
Sword: Its has symmetrical blade, and recommended to be as long as the total armlength of the user, and the hilt is half as long. The tip ends in a soft curve inwards, ending in a about a 35-40 degree angle. Its has two edges on both sides and the fuller is more wide than normal. The shoulder of the blade is slightly thicker and contains a ricasso (a unsharpened part of the blade just before the guard it provides a place to grip with the second hand if needed). to maintain the center of gravity above the handle ,due to the long hilt. The guard has no standard form. The pommel ends in a small dagger for secondary uses.

Scabbard: Its a special scabbard, with a mechanism to re-fuel the blade with oil and to maintain it burning. Along the inside sides the is a special leather with metal ,hexagonal iron bolts in it, each one strategically placed. The fuel and re-fuel mechanism works as the following:

1. the blade enters the scabbard
2. the special leather is soaked in burnable oil, and the blade gets wet, the metal bolts avoids damage done to the leather
3. If the blade is still burning when entering the camber, the leather swells by the heat and the metal bolts on it are automatically placed side by side, avoiding the combustion of the leather, instead, only the excess oil is gathered by the blade.
4. when exiting the scabbard, there is a small metal fragment on the inside of the mouthpiece, that "scratches" the shoulder of the blade, creating sparks. (to inginte the oil)

Usage
Who uses the weapon, when and where? Are there certain tribes who preferable use it? Is there a tradition for this weapon? Is it used on special occasions, where in combat is it used? Is it common or seldom?

(later Ill do this part..)

Fighting Style
Its used combining the destructive power of fire and the force of the blade. Its mainly used teo handed and one handed in some special maneuvers .Its main attacks are fast, quick slashes. One disadvantage is the need to refuel the blades oil every one in a while and that you cant hold the blade too close to you (the hilt comes in handy) and you cant were too much armor neither ( the heat)

Origin/History
Finally try to write a  few lines on the weapon's origins and history. Who "invented" it (tribe or person)? When? Where is it used now? And how did it spread for example?
(this later....:P)

Ill add a Martial Art for it too...

Techniques and Moves

Basic Moves

Slash: A basic vertical hit

Half-moon: a horizontal cut, either to spray oil or to unbalance your enemy

Stab: A mortal move

Hidden tail:

Advanced moves

Fan: consists of turning your wrist from one side to another, creating a fan shaped flame, mainly to scare your enemy or to burn off high parts of the body, such as the head

Door-knocker: Using the dagger on the other end of the blade, you put the blade over your shoulder (not on it , slightly over), take the hilt with both hands ,and hammer the enemy. Ending in a vertical slash makes it even more effective. Like a 2 hit combo

Dragon dance: you take the hilt upside down and you spin it side to side in a 8 shape . Mainly used defensively

Phoenix Dance: same as the last one, just that the hilt is grabbed as you normally would and you do the same process. Very effective offensive due to the many slashes you can make.

-Strong attacks

Serpents tail: First you have the blade in the scabbard, Then you do a quick horizontal slash, then do a half-circle spin with the blade over your head. When its on the left side of your shoulder, a quick diagonal cut ends the combo.

-Nee....Its not done yet, its under construction for now...

It is normally commonplace to do two things:

-Write your entire entry first, then post it (following the neccesary templates)

- Introduce yourself at the Joining forum so the more experienced members can see what you'd like to do and advise where your interests may be helpful

we seem to have a disagree-day Decipher!

Although i agree with the second point, i rarely write an entire entry at once, instead writing it bit by bit online, with a pencil icon up. That is, after all, the reason the Dev stage 1 icon exists..

Well I was going to look you up, and possibly read your story, but apparently it and you don't exist onsite, not even in the search function.  That might explain your lack of an account.

Are you possibly confused about which site you wrote the last entry for?

How else could Drasil not be able to locate your stuff?

Just send Arti an email, and explain to him your problem...

Also besure you to introduce yourself properly in the appropraite area, so that everyone gets to know you a little better.

Come on, if you really would like to work on it, then you could copy it out and post it anew. However, there is A  LOT of work to do there, integrating  ALL of Judy's comments, so...

To your sword:

I had just a short look at your description - a few comments.

I think you should try to write it more clearly - it sounds too technical and not being very versified what weapons concerns I can't follow what you mean.

Try to write in a style a bit more medieval, concerning wordchoice and avoid things like : "to maintain the center of gravity above the handle "  - we don't know yet, what gravity is.

Organize it a bit better, 1. 2. 3. doesn't look too good in an entry.

In case you haven't heard, my friend, the Ifer'hém elves are no longer playable. If you are still interested in this project, I'd be glad to help with any development procedures you deem necessary.

Sincerely,
