We have a few tribes that fit that description.  The Quaelhoirhim is one example, I think.

Here in Santharia, the elven tribes aren't set out as they are in, say, D&D or The Elder Scrolls Games.  There aren't just High Elves, Wood Elves, Dark Elves, Sea Elves, or whatever.  We name and describe our elven tribes based upon their style of life and where they live on our world and so on.  For example, the Injerin Elves are so named because their name in our elven language means both ''Guides'' and "Sun."  They are the teachers, mages, and scholars of the elves, and they have golden skin (like the High Elves you describe).  So technically, they could be considered High Elves of a sort.  There are many tribes in Caelereth which could be included under the label of ''High Elves.''
Did that help, or was I just ranting mindlessly?  crazy

The Káyrrhem are nominal Highelves (káir or somesuch being the Styrash word for High and which had undergone some transformation to the Nybelmarian form) and also have some qualities similar to the traditional aspects of them though the closest thing to a Highelf would be a Lightelf in his material form (the Kaýrrhem being partly lesser brethren of those)

The Quaelhoirhim are no higher than any other tribe. They are just nosier. They like to get involved in human affairs. Perhaps a bit to much (see first sarvonian war!)

Wren...I believe what you did was Thread necromancy. This thread is quite nearly two years old... ;)

Yeah, but so is Wren...

Er...

I mean, she's catching up from at least that long ago, so you may need to cut her some slack on the necromantic front.  After all, to an ageless elf, what are a couple of human years one way or the other?  :)
