Can anyone recommend a course for me....
Which should be best for me if I:
1. Like to program stuffs (I currently know only basics of Visual Basic)
2. Like breaking a program apart so that I could find out how it works (right now I am after the elf aging calculator)
3. Like robotics
4. Deeply in love in AI

Do you think I should go for Computer Science? Computer Engineering? Or Information Technology?

I'm no expert, but between Computer Science and Computer Engineering in your case, I'd recommend going with CE. I found an article on Gamasutra on the two, I'll see if I can find it.

P.S. Artimidor will be of more help, he's a programmer himself.

Software Engineering is Not Computer Science

You'll have to register an account to read the feature, but it's worth it.

Can't really help here with suggesting something, as I haven't had much education in the field of computer myself, except teaching myself Basic on a C64, some machine code later and then Visual Basic and database stuff. I have studied Philosophy and Communication Arts, and I've become a programmer simply because the opportunity was there and my brother got me into it. The best training was learning by doing for me, so how to handle HTML, scripts and Flash came later, and I taught myself what I needed to know via internet and books :)

I'd go for the engineering myself. Actually, I am going for the engineering myself :D If it's anything like the Belgian system, the engineering courses will give you a broader start (engineering in general) and eventually be a little more theoretic. For robotics and AI the engineering one is most likely the best choice and you should see programming in either one of them.

That is all going by comparison with the Belgian options of course.
