An old children's rhyme says:

Monday's child is fair of face,
Tuesday's child is full of grace,
Wednesday's child is in the know,
Thursday's child has far to go,
Friday's child is loving and giving,
Saturday's child works hard for a living
But the child that is born on the Sabbath day
Is fair and kind and good and gay.

(Please note the last word has the archaic, not the modern meaning)

I just found out that I'm a Thursday's child - and given the amount of travel and number of countries I've done in my lifetime to date, it seems very appropriate!   How about you?  What's your day of birth, and does it match up with your character?

(To find out your birth day of the week, just google the year of your birth with 'calendar' after it : for example:    "1969 calendar"  Scroll down till you find the month, and check your birthdate.)

Well considering my job at the moment, I'd say the Saturday one is out :P

How about this version....

Monday's child is fairly tough,
Tuesday's child is tender enough,
Wednesday's child is good to fry,
Thursday's child is best in pie.
Friday's child makes good meat roll,
Saturday's child is casserole,
But the child that is born on the Sabbath day,
Is delicious when eaten any way.

Whoah, scary!  Maybe I should've made this a poll so we could see the crunchy... er, I mean the creative....results...

Rookie, you don't think there's such a thing as being TOO much in character perchance, do you?  (gives her a slightly worried look and resolves to keep the Aise and Ke'Tjap away from her...)
