Well, the Santharian HQ is snowed in by now, my bike had to stay in the office as I couldn't make it home anymore due to the weather conditions... With other words: It looks like winter!

So I took the opportunity to change the header season graphic to our new winterly design provided by Seeker! Hope you enjoy, it was uploaded to both versions of the mainframe. Make sure to refresh your browser if you still see the old header picture, because I only changed the graphics and re-uploaded the pages, which didn't really change. But some browser might not recognize a change. Hope you have some hot cha'ah ready and like the new pic! :D

but ... but ... but ... it isn't winter, it is summer :D December, January and February are the summer months and June, July and August are winter. :D If winter is truly this hot, I'd hate to see how hot it is going to be when Summer gets here. :D

And now you've found it; we allow southern-hemisphereans to contribute. A fairly major flaw, in my opinion..

This briefly terrified me. xD I thought something bad was going on and people were leaving. But, we're not. I mean, I'm a nomad at heart. I HAVE no hemispherical location... if you'll believe it.

Very pretty picture indeed - I had been waiting for it come up!  heart  It provides another reason to visit Santharia, as any snow that dares to fall on London is turned, within hours, into a sordid brown mess. There is a dedicated army of cars and lorries who see to that.

XD I'm in the state of Louisiana, high humidity here...

What's snow?

I'm kidding, we get snow about once every five or so years for a day or two.

I am in Ohio. It is very white everywhere outside my window right now. So the new banner is appropriate!

No snow here...just gloomy rain.  Why is it that rain makes a city look MORE dirty somehow?  At least snow would make it look cleaner for a few moments, anyway.

(longs for her beautiful northern land, which is actually white in winter, except for the many evergreens...)

Ninjas don't need to prove themselves. Also, ninjas always get to ride shotgun.

So, what's on the schedule today? Well, ninja practice mainly consists of hiding in the bushes and drop kicking people. Now, we'd try our ninja stars on the public, but that would generate a lawsuit.

You're probably asking now: why is it that Cruciform must be a ninja?

For one, we hate the winter (practicing ninja all day out in the rain or snow can be problematic), and thus we must migrate seasonally. That, and all the other types of nerds hide in their basements during the winter, so Star Wars conventions, comic-con, and whatnot tends to take place during the warm parts of the year. So, there is necessity and overwhelming incentive to stay warm.
