A quick little sketch to help fill in some Bestiary entries.  More to come, Art, as I note our Overviews are sadly lacking in illustrations!
Thinking of doing a crab and some molluscs next...

Excellent! Captures the family idyll just perfectly :) Nice to see our lack of illustrations in this field countered with such a lovely picture! Aura +1, Judy!

And as I'm not that much of a goat expert I assume this is the classic "Domestic Goat", right? At least it looks pretty much like the goats I know... ;) BTW: Is this perhaps any special type of tree in the background, where we could use the pic as well?

So you say: Perhaps crabs and molluscs next? Also fascinating as we rarely have illustrations of that kind. For some reason we amass lots of drakes and dragons, but not a single simple tiny mollusc...

(grins)  Yeah, I'd noticed.   Won't Seth just love me?

Yes, this is the 'Domestic Goat'.    I think the trees look sort of olive-treeish....was going for that dry Mediterranean hillside look (or possibly overbrowsed, which is what you get with goats....)

I could do a crop, add contrast, and put some olives on, if you like...and if we HAVE anything akin to olives!

Well, at the moment we don't have an olive tree entry anyway, but I see that olive trees are ever-present in the Grand Empire of Krath. So maybe keep that in mind for later, maybe olive trees fit in the context of another pic that suits Krath (or someone writes an olive tree entry).

But molluscs are not very well represented yet compared to vegetation of any kind, so I'd say this would be something really new. And something Seth will love for sure :)

Lovely picture dearest bard ... I can't 'like' it in here ... so I guess I'll just have to give you an aura.

Azigoor trees are based in part on Olives, in the far northern extremes.

Lovely Pic, Judith.  Auried for your troubles. thumbup

So... Could the trees perhaps be updated a bit to reflect the Azigoor description eventually? Then we'd have another illustration covered!  cool

oooh, thanks for the help there, Alt!  Yes, not a problem.  I will have to do it sooner rather than 'eventually' or it'll never get done, but that is an excellent idea.
