Sorry about the size.  I never can get it right when I post it to Facebook, but I do want the largest size available so that Art can display it at the optimum...usually about sixty percent.  Just step back from your monitors, folks...

Go, molluscs, go! clap clap clap It's been time to give these often overlooked creatures the recognition they deserve! I'm especially happy for Seth, because she has done so much work on molluscs, and everything that helps to further the cause of the mollusc world revolution is welcome! Aura +1! Plus a very funny idea to have the mermaid photobomb in the back... *hihi*  thumbup

As for the picture size: Facebook reduces the sizes to a certain width automatically when you upload them, and if you post them with the surrounding image tags you'll see it in maximum size, but looks a bit messy. I recommend to do it the way Seeker did it in his Jamliso's Ring thread... Click on "Additional Options" below the post box and then attach it. This way the Forum software generate a small preview pic, which you can enlarge by clicking on it, and the enlarged picture is always the size you've uploaded it :)

had an idea for a giant sort of clam that forms pits of quicksand/deep mud over its mouth, kind of like a giant mollusc antlion?

Definitely sounds like an interesting kind of monster - if it's actually monster-size and crawls around in the mud or quicksand I wouldn't like to venture near one of those...  cool
