Hey Queen Artemis.

I started with this map, don't know, if I got all right and to your wishes, may have missed some things. It is no problem to change something.
I will explain it later - after some sleep ;)

First I wanted to know, if in generally all is ok so far, the more coloured parts should be the core or the greatest densitiy of the tribe. The fainter colour the greater area they occupy.

A few questions: Which one of the Ordion towns should be the bigger?

The west I will adress in an extra threat, especialy the Tiralhon elves.

The Brownies will have a bit of territory right at the edge of the Void too, I think.  Or does it overlap with the territory of the flying race?

Thanks Mina, I forgot them, there will be no problem putting them in near the Void as well, in the territory of the new race.

Very good, Talia! I think this was definitely needed to clarify things geographically here... Hope Artemis will comment and help updating the maps perhaps, so that we get a final reference map for Aeruillin developers

Art, could you upload a map without names (and houses) on it? When I know precisely how my Queen Artemis likes it to have, I could do the map for you, a bit (little bit) more professional than now. You just have to say how exactly you want to have it. I could send you the layers as well to finish it up. The only thing I have problems with now is placing the houses. Copy /paste doesn't work well. I would need to have a little tranparent gif of them to place them.
We need some name changes and replacements of town names, for  Queen Artemis want to have Loth Melfroy at another place and I would like to have some different names for my tribe(s), differently sounding ones, because they should turn out very different to the others around, maybe immigrated far earlier than Queen Artemis' ones.

Oh yes, and what for font for the names do you use?

Queen of the South, could you make this sticky?

I can upload a map without names and houses once I'm back in Vienna. I can also send you a transparent picture of a single house only which you then can copy multiple times.

You don't happen to be able to read PSD files, or? Cause then I could send you the version with all the layers, which would make things pretty easy.

It looks absolutely brilliant Talia! I see nothing wrong with it at a first glance - I'll see if I can finish the Aeruillin overview tonight so that you can get this properly finished. I've got my dwarven confirmation from Bard Judith that it IS possible to have dwarves in Aeruillin, although there would have to be an incredibly good reason why they decided to brave the sea...

Oooo... one little thing, you should perhaps separate the territories between the Thairans and the Ordions, although they are close as peoples, they are two different tribes. The Ordion territory could end just after Ordána. That is the only thing that I have noticed so far.

I've just completed the Aeruillin overview, it's not incredibly detailed, but hopefully can help you with the map. Also, I hope that it can be open to adjustments as development continues, because I'm sure people will have ideas which will mean that a few things may have to be changed. Is this OK? Or is it too complicated to change? I'm not sure how you did it... but thankyou so much, because when I tried something similar AGES ago it looked a complete mess.

BTW - I've been writing the entry on the Ordions recently, and the name for the special trading grain is - Amristh. I hope that is alright. .

Concerning the font: We usually use the Seagull font, which can be downloaded at the Downloads section, here. I don't know about Mac versions of the font, though.

About the picture problems: This is for sure an "ß" problem. I can only recommend to never use chars like ß, ö, ü, ä etc. when uploading something to the web - they may cause severe problems at certain browsers. I can also only recommend to write always in lowercase (santharia insteand of Santharia or SANTHARIA) at filenames, cause servers (or browser interpreters) are often case sensitive and may not be able to display it.
