I was toying with the idea of having the Sepherlorian tribe in the beginning at least of being a Matriarichal tribe where the family line is passed down through the women.  It would eventually become Patriarchal about 200 years before the war of the chosen.  I would like to hear what you think?  Any suggestions, comments welcomed.

It's "Serphelorian" with "r", Capher! It's a human tribe, and I have no objections in general. The territory of the Serphelorians BTW also includes the Zeiphyrian woods and the Quaelhoirhim, Wren (see a small map of their territory at the Erpheronian tribe e.g.).

After reading Drogo's great sundering story it occured to me that my idea may not be so good.  I will have to wait and talk with him.  It was just an idea anyway.

Maybe Win it could be an off shoot of one of the ancient tribes.  I just didn't want to muddy the waters.  If you know what I mean?

No problem with mudding waters, there are a lot of blank spaces. So the more that are filled in the merrier. :)

LOL Wren.  Actually in my story before the WOC I don't even know if your elves were even in the Forest.  After the WOC I know that part of the tribe goes on farther south and builds a fortress on the coast of ( can't remember the name) and is involved in swII I believe.

I do know that Saban was at least traveling through it.

The great travel south of Drafas Tristin (1649 b.S.) might pass through those territories as well. I'll keep a close eye on the developement here, still have to write up the full story one day *sigh*

I'm not sure about it but perhaps the Eyelians have a matriachalic society? As far as I know it they've female warriors(Griffon-riders, I think).
