i'm confused.

is this 'story' you would write for whatever section be made into a story/quest in the rpg board?

if so then i think it would be best to rp it first then write the entry.

Sounds more like an Urban Legend than a myth to me. Sounds like it should work fine. Research the city and surrounding area first, then go for it!
