Hello dear Newbie instructor.
I would just like to know if there is any tips for making forests. The only statement in the workshop is: "copy"
I think that sucks because when starting out, you have made NO trees and forests at all.:

Is it possible that you could send me some forests??

I assume you're refering to the map making tutorial. Well, how about downloading some maps you can find on the site and copy some forests/trees from there to start from, eh?

Not in Photoshop format, but just check out the places forum, Maps Overview and you'll find a lot of JPG maps there, which will suffice to copy some trees;)

No I did not recieve you response...:rolleyes  I have no idea what could have went wrong but I recieved nothing....

:rolleyes  I still haven't recieved anything.

I'm sorry for being so much trouble... just send it to the other guy instead... he hasn't been online today but he will be sometime later....:D

well.......you need lots of acorns and a few hundred of those sycamore helicopter type things. The you go back to your elven village for a few hundred years and a voila, one forest!
