Hello all, first may i take the time to appologise, as i'm sure you are rather frustrated with multiple, "please can i join" posts, but i am new here, and thought i would ask for advice in this post.

Anyway getting back to the matter:)  would someone please clear up some confusion? how exacly do you "join" the dream?? are there any requirements i would have to meet?? and what is this about mentors?? could someone please spare a bit of thier time to assist me on this, because i am a huge fantasy fan, and hooked on anything fantasy related, i would be more than delighted to take part in the dream, contributing to many, many areas of the dream.

If you want to become part of the development team, then you're right here in this "Newbie Information" Forum - you'll find several sticky topics on top of this Forum, like this one - so I suggest having a look around here first:)

Many thanks Artimidor, you have helped alot, much appreciated, but may i put one more question over to you?

With a large interest in The Dream, i have been reading over quite a few posts, mainly CD, i have even started jotting down a few ideas of my own, but theres one area on the CD that's left me a bit muddled.

Do you have to be part of a Tribe? if so, does this mean that you have to follow specific magic laws, or are there only certain weapons available to you? also, if you have to be part of a tribe, how much of an impact will it have when you write up your history? one last thing (regarding tribes) are you able to make up your own familiar, or are you only able to use specific ones available to each tribe? (providing you have to be part of one that is)
