Ok, some comments here, Viresse:

1.) Spelling
First of all you didn't spell the first part of the name correctly (deriving from the word Cyhalloi) and used some different spellings throughout the text, so I took the liberity to place th "h" where it belongs made them after some consideration to "Cyhallrhim", which is the most logical. Hope you have no objections to this slight renaming.

2.) Royality
You mention the term "royality". I said that already somewhere else: "King" and "royality" are human terms, so I personally would go for typical elven terms, which might have similar meaning, but are part of the elven culture.

3.) Festivals/Sun
You describe some very strange festivals, which aren't cosmologically founded: The sun being arise a full day far up north is something I cannot imagine to happen in Sorren. See the concept on the Inr, the sun:

"Although the sun was originally placed above the center of the Ar'a'chnian world, Foiros saw that many of the Children of Av became blind when viewing the splendour of the Goddess through the strong light of the Injr. Therefore Foiros moved the Injr to the end of the world, away from reality, into the nothingness and possibility of the Etherial Void, which for the Children appears to be located at the south of Ar'a'chn.

Later on when Eu'rell, the Tree of Life, started to burn under the influence of Cor and the world began to float away from its original location caused by the Eternal Darkwinds of Cor's evil minions, the Injr sank below the world and it became dark again like at the Beginning of all Time. However, Foiros gave life, strength and movement to the Injr so that she could counter the evil winds lifting the world above her magnificence. And since this time the Injr moves in an unceasing circle in front of the world, from the southeast to the southwest. It drowns at nighttime in the Etherial Void, only to return again on the next day, filled with new power and magic in order to teach the Children the importance of the virtues they may have forgotten when the Veil of Shadow cloaked the lands. The eternal, necessary fight of the Injr against the Darkwinds now is known to all the Children as the change between day and night, and the gems which the Darkwinds tore from the sun and are carried throughout open space are known to the humans as the stars."

So the north in fact is a very dark region and darkness dominates these lands as the sun is far away to the south. Days in general are much shorter and though a day of Darkness might be possible I don't see much chance that a Day of the Sun might really happen.

4.) Coat of Arms
Though the Cyhallrhim don't go to war, there sure is a sign to identify the tribe, so I propose to find something.

5.) History
I'd also propose that the elves of Northern Sarvonia and the Cyhallrhim in the end turn out as different tribes with the same origins. I'd say that not all elves travelled north over the sea, only a few renegade ones - the other left and settled in the Sarvonian Icelands (need to discuss this with Drogo when he comes back) while the Cyhallrhim founded their own culture far up north.

*blinks* erk... fuzzy brain...

Uhm... okay... I was thinking the All-Day sun thing as it related to a curved planet ( not unlike our own Earth). So I guess Sorren isn't curved, so I'll change that.

As for the Royalty, I have no problem with changing it to the Ronn or Rann.

Spelling: No problem... but I did kind of like the O in "Cyhallorhim" But if that doesn't work, then so be it.

And the Coat of Arms: Mm. I can Try something....

And history: Ri-ight. I'll get on that...
