Available mountain?

I'm still working on my Mullog creature, but if it's ready. I need a place to put it. Because it's a race of outcasts and they are very shy, I need a place (preferably a mountain or underground cave or such) where no other races are located. So I wanted to ask if you've got a mountain for sale and what the costs are.

*grin* Well, maybe a mountain somewhere in Northern Sarvonia could be used here as there are more possibilities for such a race, I guess. Well see what Drogo says when he returns. He has put his flag up there

I see it's nothing special in Santharia to keep land sales.

But lets get serious. When I asked for a mountain, I was a bit unspecific where it should be. That's also my problem ATM: the Mullogs are a cross breed of Orcs and Halflings. So I need a place that could easily be reached by both Orcs and Halflings. (Or I've got to make a story up, "The Exodus of the Halflings"). After studying the maps a bit, I think the Tandala Highlands or the Silver Marshes would be good. But I don't know if any other races or highly deadly creatures are located there. Also, I don't know if the distances are small enough for the Halflings to have been walked by them. I'll keep you informed of further progress.

Mmm, maybe I should come up with "The Exodus of the Halflings." Halflings are a bit too kind and good-natured to ban people from their tribes. So'll revise that. Now I've to come up with a good story why the Halflings moved to the Tandala Highlands. Any suggestions?

Don't know for sure but I think one city near the Prominent mountains (northern coast) was meant to host Gnomes (beside others9. Also a tribe of smaller, more peaceful Orcs was meant to live a simple life in the Northern Prominents. Eventually here the source for the Gnomes/Halflings might be. Where the Mullogs then live I don't know. The Wilshir Heath would have harsh life conditions that might fit their appearance. Also, living between Darkelves and Orc tribes would make them very cautious...

Just some suggestions. I'd think northern Santharaia would be the best place for them.

Yup, I proposed Northern Sarvonia too, but we talked about another idea on ICQ which sounds workable. Maybe Theo can give you some more details here.

I plan to put the Mullogs in the Silvermarshes. They Halflings came originally from a village North East of the Silvermarshes (Silvershire), but were attacked by the humans. (Art, I'll continue with he Civil war-raiding idea). The Orcs came from the Tandala Highlands (their tribe wanted to kill them, because of their peacefulness, by sending them to the dragons. Some of the Orcs escaped and asked for aid in the human kingdoms. They couldn't get it because Orcs are (or at least were in that time) known only as bloodthirsty animals. They were hunted down to the Silvermarshes, were they found refuge by the adapted descendants* of the Halflings. After a while, Orcs and Halflings fell in love with each other and the first Mullog was born.
*note: their are a few centuries between the flight of the Halflings and the coming of the Orcs, in that time, the Halflings had already adapted themselves to the Silvermarshes, therefore already becoming a bit less Halfling like.

You haven't explained the concept why the halflings fled so far (BTW: it's not really a civil war then).

Well, I was planning to put Silvershire directly next to the Silvermarshes. So they didn't have to walk that far (Ain't I nice for those poor Halflings? :evil

) But I'll mail you the further details about the Civil war and such. (I've written them down at school, so I"ll have to decode my handwriting first and then type them!
